Recently, a milestone delivery ceremony was held at the testing area of Wuhan XIKA S.P.V Technology. Two high-end vacuum trucks, specially customized for clients from South Africa and the Middle East, successfully passed final inspection and are now ready for shipment. This “dual-unit, side-by-side” delivery not only highlights XIKA’s strong capabilities in customized R&D and manufacturing, but also marks another solid achievement in the company’s deep engagement with markets along the Belt and Road.Although both units belong to the vacuum truck series, each was tailor-made to precisely match the unique requirements of its target market: For the South African client:Designed to meet demanding industrial operating conditions, the vehicle features an enhanced vacuum circulation system and upgraded sealing and protection levels. Key components are manufactured with corrosion-resistant materials and equipped with reinforced air filtration systems, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient operation even in harsh environments.

For the Middle Eastern client:To address the client’s requirements for automated operation, the system control and operating modes were comprehensively optimized. The simplified operating logic and improved response accuracy enable more stable and efficient continuous operation while significantly reducing reliance on manual labor.

During the acceptance process, technical teams from both clients, accompanied by XIKA engineers, conducted rigorous on-site testing and verification of every customized function. From the precise control of high-pressure water jetting to the powerful performance of the vacuum suction system, all parameters met—and in some cases exceeded—the contractual technical specifications.
